Families are invited to attend the ESE Transition Fair on Saturday, April 18 from 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. at Glenridge Middle School.

This event helps families understand the transition process and learn about the many supports available as students move from middle school to high school and beyond. Whether your child is planning for college, career training, employment, or independent living, early preparation makes all the difference. The fair will provide helpful resources, expert guidance, and opportunities to connect with community partners.

Although designed for ESE families, all families are welcome.
